A blend of heart, curiosity and systems thinking.

My path has moved through technology, ministry, HR, leadership, coaching and entrepreneurship. The common thread is a fascination with how people, systems and purpose interact.

I move between the strategic view and the lived experience of work, helping leaders see patterns, connect the dots and address causes rather than symptoms.
